There are a number of user names I like to ban users from selecting and using on the websites that I develop. There are many reasons for this from phishing and security to petty nuisances, customer service and liability issues. The list of user names vary of course based on the website, the topic and the industry and they can include the logo or mascot, site owners or product names (esp. in the case of unique names for books or movies).
